Discovery Film Festival 2024

The 21st edition of Discovery Film Festival is here, and everyone’s welcome! The festival brings the best films from around the world for children and families to the heart of Dundee.

Tickets for all of the films are Donate What You Can – you can choose how much you’d like to donate to the festival, from £0 to £8. As well as our screenings, there are free creative workshops to enjoy, and don’t miss our beautiful exhibition by Claudia Martínez Garay, filled with colourful tuftings, fascinating Peruvian imagery and tiny ceramic details to capture the imagination.

For the first time, we’re opening the festival with a full day of screenings and activities. Join us on Sat 19 October for a great line-up of films, creativity… and cake!
