Bring your class to Discovery Film Festival to experience cultures, languages and stories from all over the world.
We're pleased to welcome you to the 21st edition of Discovery Film Festival. You can look forward to another diverse, fun, and inspiring programme of international films to Tayside’s youngest audiences from Sat 19 October – Sun 3 November.
This year our programme will be entirely on-site here at DCA. We would love for your schools to come and see our brilliant selection of films in the best place to experience them: the cinema! A trip to the cinema can be accompanied by a workshop and/or a gallery visit – look out for our Schools Brochure, out now with everything you need to know and tips on organising your visit.
How to book
Once you have browsed our programme and made your plans, please fill in this booking form and provide us with the requested information, including:
- The film you would like to see
- Your preferred days of the week
- The number of pupils and teachers/adults attending
- If you will need a bus
- Your school's name, address and contact number
Screenings will always be in the mornings, but you can nominate those weekdays which work best for you, and request assistance with bus transport if you need it.
Pricing
- £6 for pupils using festival transport
- £4 for pupils travelling independently
- Free for supporting adults
