Cinema

Bringing you new releases, vintage favourites and indie gems from around the world

Our cinema programme is developed entirely in-house at DCA. As well as new films and vintage favourites, the programme includes partnerships with Dundee organisations and touring film programmes, plus our own special previews and two fantastic annual festivals – Dundead and Discovery Film Festival.

The knowledge and experience we gain from working directly with our audiences helps to tailor our programme to local needs and interests. This is partly what makes a visit to the cinema at DCA so special.

We pride ourselves in finding films that we really believe our audiences here will love, and present them in the most comfortable and high-quality surroundings. We also want to make sure the cinema experience is as rich as possible and constantly look at new ways to connect - with great films and through special events, festivals, Q&As and quiz nights.
