Big Give Week at DCA
We're taking part in Big Give’s Arts for Impact week 2025!
Help us make free, fun creative activities accessible to families across Dundee during the school holidays by donating through Big Give's website here. Give what you can - and it'll be doubled
Our goal is to ensure that every child can take part in inspiring creative activities, regardless of their economic or social background. From Tue 18 – 25 of March, every donation made to this project will be doubled by Big Give. Donations can be made via their website.
Here at DCA we are always very grateful for every donation we receive from our loyal visitors – even the smallest donation helps us deliver arts, culture and creativity to audiences in Dundee and beyond. And for Big Give's Arts for Impact week 2025, your donation will go even further.

Dundee has one of the highest levels of deprivation in Scotland, with nearly a third of children living in relative poverty after housing costs. During the school holidays it can be challenging, and many families have limited access to free, fun activities to help prevent isolation and improve wellbeing – with your help we can fix this.
Working alongside our local partners such as the Maxwell Centre and the Stobswell and Maryfield Community Learning and Development team, we will deliver a programme of high-quality workshops to communities across Dundee in the Summer and October holidays, reaching over a 1000 people. Sessions will be led by artists, inviting families to explore craft and printmaking, helping to reduce isolation, alleviate boredom and provide stimulation. We will provide safe spaces to gather for free, access to materials and support for parents to help keep the creativity going when they get back home.
You can help us achieve this. Visit biggive.org between midday on Tue 18 March - Tue 25 March to find out more about DCA's project and donate. Give what you can - and it'll be doubled.
