March films at DCA
See what's coming up this March at DCA Cinema
We’ve just announced our March film programme, and we can’t wait to share what’s coming up this month at DCA Cinema.
On Fri 1 March, Dune: Part Two arrives at DCA. This highly-anticipated sequel to 2021’s Oscar-winning Dune sees Timothée Chalamet reprise his role a Paul Atreides, alongside an all-star cast including Zendaya and Christopher Walken.
Also coming up is Perfect Days, a gentle Japanese slice-of-life directed by Wim Wenders and nominated for Best International Feature Film at the Academy Awards. We’re revisiting other Oscar-nominated films in preparation for awards season, including Best Picture nominees Poor Things, Oppenheimer and Anatomy of a Fall.
For more Japanese filmmaking, don’t miss the deeply moving Monster from director Hirokazu Kore-eda (Shoplifters). You can also catch acclaimed dramas Memory and Origin, and comedy caper Drive-Away Dolls, directed by Ethan Coen.
Finally, we’re celebrating our 25th birthday this March, and to celebrate we’re bringing back some of our favourite films 1999, including 10 Things I Hate About You and Eyes Wide Shut. Tickets for these screenings are only £5 for DCA Members – sign up now to enjoy this special offer!
