New films from Fri 15 November

See what's on at DCA Cinema, including Gladiator II, Bird, Paddington in Peru and more.

24 years after the release of the Oscar-winning epic Gladiator, director Ridley Scott returns with Gladiator II, arriving at DCA this week. Paul Mescal and Pedro Pascal play gladiators fighting for survival after Rome is conquered by tyrannical Emperors. Are you not entertained?

For more films by celebrated directors, don’t miss Andrea Arnold’s fantastical drama Bird, starring Barry Keoghan, and there’s more time to see Steve McQueen’s wartime feature Blitz. Plus, the whole family can enjoy Paddington in Peru, which sees the little bear travel across the world to visit his beloved Aunt Lucy.

Elsewhere, our adrenaline-soaked Art of Action season continues with Sam Peckinpah’s dizzyingly savage revisionist western The Wild Bunch, and Hong Kong action thriller Yes Madam!, which features Michelle Yeoh as a gunslinging police detective tasked with tracking down a gang of criminals. Enjoy!
